Illegal to kill bats here?…WTF?

My uncle had bats in his shop
he keeps taking about the rat poop
he puts traps out
more poop
more traps
more poop
more traps
more poop
more traps

at one point it looked like a Looney Tunes scene with all the traps

then I asked him when he was going to do something about the bats
he just looked at me with a blank deer in the headlights oh my god he is right, but I can't admit that I was wrong stare

I still  about it years later
and he still will not admit that I was right

When my friends and I saw bats in the sky at night, we would flip a penny or a dime as high as we could and you could hear multiple pings from when the bats tried to grab it before it hit the ground.

Ours are cohabiting with the cotton tails under the out buildings. If they would just refrain from spraying Elliot and just run away like the bunnies do I wouldn’t care. 😕

Meanwhile… I’m trying to figure out which bait will lure them into the trap so I can help out the local vulture population :stirthepot:
Bbq drippings seem to keep them comimg on my porch.

When i was a kid the neighbor would take his fly rod with a big dry on it and flick it straight up till a bat would grab it and then he would let us kids reel them in.

Our cat Bob Ross got sprayed. I have never had a cat get skunk sprayed before.

Fuck the falcon and eagle, this little tiny bird is a fucking savage! I need to buy some of these!

Out of pure disrespect this little fucking bat decided to post up right in view of the doorbell camera as soon as I left for work early this morning. Stupid thing stayed in the same spot for the last 8 hours till this little attack finch came along and got down to business.

If the video doesn’t load correctly I’ll take & post up some screen shots…
