I've got a 1972 455HO 4 speed block in the garage. Came as a spare with the #'s matching '72 455HO T/A. I sold the spare heads, intake and exhaust manifolds, like a dumbass.
Now I have a '69 Firebird convertible project that will need and engine.

I have the best 455 in my shop on a stand... 72 BUICK fo-fiddy-five! Its destined to go into my 73 Buick Apollo whenever I get around to it.
I really should go out there and pull the plugs, slap some Marvel in the chambers and roll it over by hand a few times. I was supposed to get around to installing it about 3 years ago...
