Interestingly, none of the Millers on there (or any other site that I was looking at) have I beams for the tongues, they're all c channel tongue.Looks like an early 70s miller equipment trailer... or they copied one. They are the only manufacturer Ive seen to the long narrow awkward tounge.

I see that now, I saw the flange on the bottom and the shadow or the edge of the top and thought it was ibeam.Edit: the op trailer has a channel tounge. Its a miller

Forgot about those. The awkward forward facing chanel sticking above the deck and the square pintle mounting surface is very hudsonish.maybe a hudson....it kinda has their vibe
