He didn't have a backpack. He had a rifle case somewhere that he took the rifle out of.

I said fairly complex which is an accurate description of an electrically controlled wireless ied. Did you not see the pics of the remote? This is common knowledge, the ied pics are everywhere. Maybe you need to get caught up before you question my statements.

There was no ladder left out for him, there was an access ladder bolted to the building again visible in some of the pics.

Look at the pics of the ladder. It was not bolted to anything

SS was never notified, all of the witnesses online have said they told the PD or sheriff deputies. You have no idea how long the SS sniper were looking at him all of the videos start a few seconds before they fire. So Cooks shoots snipers hear or see shots and verify he is a threat aquire a sight picture and fire. Thats roughly the timeline of every video out there.

SS was notified when he had the rangefinder at the perimeter. They had eyes on him for 20 minutes on the rooftop, according to many articles based on SS statements. Look at the article I linked. Secret Service spotted Trump rally shooter on roof 20 minutes before gunfire erupted

LEO saw a suspicious person, later ID'd as Crooks in the CROWD roughly 30 minutes (not an hour and not on the roof) before the shooting, but lost him in the crowd. They didnt know if he was a threat or not, just someone weird with a backpack.

Youre getting bad info and blowing it out of proportion. SS and locals just plain dropped the ball.

Please post pictures of this ladder bolted to the building because I'm pretty fucking sure nobody has seen one yet.

This for sure. Especially given the fact that the shooter leaked a ton of blood and probably brain matter among other things all over that roof. Biohazard material at the very least. Someone with medical clean up training should be doing that sort of thing and they definitely shouldn’t be using a forestry hose and nozzle to wash biohazard materials off a roof and down the side of the building.

You're saying that because you're a fire/emt guy with a stick up your ass about policy and whatnot.

A hose will work for getting human brains off a roof just as well as it hoses deer brains out of a bed liner. As long as nobody eats the pine mulch from under the shrubbery it lands in for a week or two it'll be fine.

In regard to earlier comments about the ladder, is that not a google earth photo(it looks like it)? of which would mean that ladder was there whenever the photo was taken?

Biohazard? You sound like someone who never rode a three wheeler.

Why would human remains be any differnt than animal? Lots of animals die every day and no one cleans them up. Ants will clean that shit up.
