Guess the ATF did not have a dog to shoot.

Local NPR said the airport director succumbed to his injuries.

Sombody was almost in trouble for the unfinished business they left behind when they performed the hit and I bet they are now breathing a sigh of relief. Everything about this story sounds like a hit and it also sounds like his brother was somehow involved.

So he was executed for buying or selling 150 guns. Gotcha. :shaking: Time to start taking stock and burying shit in the back yard.

Is there a special type of judge that deals with ATF maters or was the warrant signed by a regular judge?

They were worried he was going to open up shop at 8 am and start selling again? Seriously time for a alphabet agency reduction and get this shit under control.

Didn't you listen? They didn't want to give him time to destroy evidence...and then they only found 6 firearms.

Must have needed the spreader for gun safe(s)? Halligan isn't going to open any good safe.

Trump needs to get rid of so many of these unconstitutional bullshit agencies. Assuming he wins. But he won't.

asking this question again since it was ignored the first time. maybe he's out in the garage working on a CJ?
He’s pissed off at me because I called him out on the truth of where he gets his news from. You go window licker :Gary:, you go.

I imagine it would be done in a federal court by a normal federal judge. ATF cases are usually done there, with United States Attorneys, so I don't have much experience to relate there. But warrants aren't done by a "special" judge so to speak, but it isn't the one you'd face if you got arrested at a bar fight, as that would be a superior court judge.

Gotcha.
So there are no federal judges specializing in firearms topics or with special training for these kinds of matters ?
The same guy who could sign a warrant for a whole host of cases and subjects?

They probably look for the most left leaning judge they know to sign shit like this.
How do you choose who's going to sign the warrant ? Just randomly call a federal judge ?

Sure, they want one that’ll allow them to high five after shooting someone or a dog
There are degrees of people and not every thing is a black and white issue. There are subtleties involved and nuances, like waiting 2 weeks to fill out the paperwork to hand to a judge that was on vacation who just happen to rule that way last time. My cousin is the prosecutor for my county before you ask "wHeRe'S Ur SorCe" like I can link that kind of shit from some fucking news article, and that's just at the county level. Have dinner with a person of "political" power and clout in your area and ask them if you don't beleive what I'm saying.

this may be a surprise to you... but not everyone has a subscription to fox news.... nor wants one.
I don’t have a subscription to them, it comes up in a news feed I have an app for. Honestly didn’t pay attention what source it was from.
