First week at new job behind me - so far so good.
Last Saturday we finished with majority of house remodel (few small things left that I am in no rush to finish at the moment).
We are enjoying our new digs after working on it for a month and a half straight.

Spending time with wife, tomorrow morning is get my garage organized and all the tools put away day.
After that who knows:)

Out!!!. Asking for plastic fix advice in gcc, drinking, planning to put up 2750 Christmas lights on one tree tomorrow, & decide on making persimmon pudding or icecream for turkey day. Gotta get our prime rib for Christmas too so I can dry age it.

You are a little to far away

In. Getting ready to cook up a Rosemary Garlic Balsamic roast pork tenderloin and potatoes. If it turns out will do it with the venison loins I still have in the freezer.

Going to work on the ADU conversion this weekend, hopefully finish the painting in the bedroom and move in all the hardwood to start to acclimate. Leaves me one weekend to finish the little bit of electrical, framing and drywall patch before the cabinets show up. Thankfully it's a long weekend. Then appliances, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel

Turned out great. No pics, was a group effort and I had an emergency situation come up regarding work and had to make multiple phone calls so the wife and kiddo subbed in as I was dealing with that bullshit and supervised them.

I'll put the recipe in the cooking forum later.
