Fresh thread on Election Fraud and Legal action

I know quite a few that won't vote for trump but they won't vote Dem either. Thankfully they can see the lunacy and more importantly feel it in their wallet and daily lives.

Sadly, No. Two of my liberal friends, Biden People blame gas prices, for example on gouging by the Oil Meanies. Even if sea level isnt rising and CO2 radiant heat has never been shown to do a single thing, shouldnt dump CO2 into the atmosphere, let the UN shut it down. The fact that global warming has never evne been scientificly tested, even if masks dont work, the shots dont work. ..... . . . .. . There is always a cheap out and it's someone else's fault.

Only one media outlet shut down 2000 Mules.

FIRST THING ON AMAZON SEARCH -

"will you accept the results of the election?"

So completely sick of the question. Every media person tries to get the gotcha response so they can hopefully be future famous. Dems have been just as bad on the denial of election outcomes. The whole thing is beyond stupid.

Yep, nothing works like they expect election results to work. "Here is the outcome, accept it or else."

The loudest "Russia collusion" Hillary afterburners are the top finger pointers at anyone who even has a single question over 2020.

Bill Maher was still claiming Russia did it even after the investigation fell on its face. Bill Maher will laugh at you if you even have a question about mail in ballots.

Claims Michigan has more registered voters than citizens… and that MI enshrined voting by mail in their state constitution

Five years later, four ballot-stuffing officials caught on camera are arrested

June 17, 2024

Arrests five years in the making didn’t instill confidence in a speedy prosecution after a Connecticut city employee was filmed allegedly stuffing ballot boxes.

Last fall, a judge in the Constitution State overturned the results of the Bridgeport Democratic mayoral primary after “unprecedented” volumes of evidence, including surveillance footage, revealed partisan operatives had ballot harvested for a convicted felon, incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim (D).

Now a separate investigation stretching back to 2019 has resulted in city employee and vice-chair of the Democratic Town Committee Wanda Geter-Pataky, implicated in the ballot-stuffing video, getting slapped with four Class-D felony charges as she and three others were arrested for alleged ballot fraud.

“It’s not acceptable to me that it takes this long for justice to be served, and it makes you question how long it’s going to take to investigate and ultimately prosecute what occurred blatantly on camera last summer,” said Connecticut state Sen. Stephen Harding (R) to Fox 61.

In addition to Geter-Pataky, the arrests included city council member Alfredo Castillo alongside campaign workers Josephine Edmunds and Nilsa Heredia.

As with the “shocking” video evidence previously reported that led Superior Court Judge William Clark to declare a redo of the Sept. 2023 Democratic primary, the arrest affidavit for Geter-Pataky cited a review surveillance video along with absentee ballots and witness interviews in prompting the charges brought.

One of those interviews detailed in the affidavit had a voter who had not requested an absentee ballot explain, “Wanda came to my house” and “told me only to sign the bottom of the blank application…”

That voter further detailed, “I have done this with Wanda over the past 10 years.”

“I told her I thought I should vote in person. Wanda said no…” the voter testified.

Reacting to news of the arrests, Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont (D), who had endorsed Ganim in his primary race, assured the press, “We’re going to hold people accountable.”

Ganim served as the mayor of Bridgeport from 1991-2003 when he was convicted of 16 federal counts that included racketeering, bribery, mail fraud, and extortion. In 2015, after serving seven years in prison, he successfully ran for mayor once more.

Questioned over that endorsement in light of the Geter-Pataky’s alleged ballot-stuffing alongside city council candidate Eneida Martinez, the governor, who signed a law Tuesday to require the State Elections Enforcement Committee to complete investigations within 90 days and mandated cameras at absentee ballot drop boxes, said, “I don’t think — look. He’s not being charged.”

Couched denials of concerns over election integrity with the caveat of no “widespread” voter fraud were among the takes slammed on social media as users remained incredulous that it took five years to bring arrests even with video evidence.

Interesting….

Trump won 20-something percent of the black male vote in 2016 or 2020, I forget which (probably 2016).

As usual it takes the woman some serious hardship to motivate them to pull their heads out of their asses.

Too little too late That’s the point. MSM figured out that they can harness people’s tolerance for being first over being right to shape the narrative.
Just like with Covid® (and many other examples)....by the time the 'truth' is revealed, damage is done and desired results are accomplished. And no way to go back for a 'do again.'

One of the many links in that article was pretty

With the digital voting they don’t even need to stiff boxes anymore…. If they were innocent they wouldn’t have gone so hard after all of the people criticizing their company….

BREAKING: Ninth Circuit Delivers Decision on Citizenship and Voter Registration in Arizona

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has provided some much-needed clarity on who can and can't register to vote in the upcoming 2024 elections, with the state of Arizona the focus of a new decision on Thursday afternoon. The suit was filed by the state Republican Party and the state Senate President Warren Petersen against a pro-illegals interest group, Mi Familia Vota, and Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D).

The Republican caucus of the state Senate reacted on X, calling it a massive win for election integrity:

The post, signed by Petersen, reads:

Today, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of election integrity! Voters in Arizona who register with the state and do not provide proof of citizenship will be rejected.
Petersen said:

"This is a victory for election integrity in Arizona. Only U.S. citizens should be allowed to vote in our elections. It sounds like common sense, but the radical left elected officials in our state continue to reject this notion, disrespecting the voices of our lawful Arizona voters. We are grateful the court is upholding this provision in our law, and it's time for Congress to take action to ensure only lawful U.S. citizens are voting in federal races."

On Thursday, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that four men were being charged in a Philippine bribery money laundering scheme in the Southern District of Florida. What makes this announcement of added interest? One of the men charged is Roger Alejandro Piñate Martinez — who also happens to be the founder and president of voting machine company Smartmatic.

From the DOJ's press release regarding the indictment:

A federal grand jury in the Southern District of Florida returned an indictment today charging three executives of an election voting machine and service provider company and a former Chairman of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) of the Republic of the Philippines for their roles in an alleged bribery and money laundering scheme to retain and obtain business related to the 2016 Philippine elections.
According to the indictment, between 2015 and 2018, Roger Alejandro Pinate Martinez, 49, a Venezuelan citizen and resident of Boca Raton, Florida, and Jorge Miguel Vasquez, 62, a U.S. citizen and resident of Davie, Florida, together with others, allegedly caused at least $1 million in bribes to be paid to Juan Andres Donato Bautista, 60, the former Chairman of COMELEC. These bribes were allegedly paid to obtain and retain business related to providing voting machines and election services for the 2016 Philippine elections and to secure payments on the contracts, including the release of value added tax payments.
The co-conspirators allegedly funded the bribes through a slush fund that was created by over-invoicing the cost per voting machine for the 2016 Philippine elections. To conceal and disguise the nature and purpose of the corrupt payments, the co-conspirators used coded language to refer to the slush fund and caused the creation of fraudulent contracts and sham loan agreements to justify transfers. The co-conspirators then allegedly laundered funds related to the bribery scheme through bank accounts located in Asia, Europe, and the United States, including in the Southern District of Florida.
Pinate and Vasquez are each charged with one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and one substantive violation of the FCPA. Bautista, Pinate, Vasquez, and Elie Moreno, 44, a dual citizen of Venezuela and Israel, are each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering and three counts of international laundering of monetary instruments. If convicted, Pinate and Vasquez each face a maximum penalty of five years in prison for the FCPA and conspiracy to violate the FCPA counts. Bautista, Pinate, Vasquez, and Moreno each face a maximum penalty of 20 years for each count of international laundering of monetary instruments and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

As noted, this indictment pertains to allegations of misdeeds involving the Philippines, not the U.S. Still, given the history, the indictment is sure to raise eyebrows. Not only have there been controversies (and litigation) involving U.S. elections and Smartmatic, Venezuela has also had its share of election controversy related to the company.

Some added information of interest regarding Smartmatic and Piñate can be found in this Twitter thread:

Following the announcement of the indictment, Smartmatic responded:

Smartmatic released a statement acknowledging the indictments, saying that the two executives who are still at the company have immediately been “placed on leaves of absence,” though they “remain innocent until proven guilty.”
The company added, “No voter fraud has been alleged and Smartmatic is not indicted. Voters worldwide must be assured that the elections they participate in are conducted with the utmost integrity and transparency.”
However, as one might expect, the news is impacting some of the ongoing litigation involving the company.

Fox News and Newsmax have seized on the Philippines bribery allegations ever since CNN reported last year on the original charges against Bautista and the Justice Department’s ongoing criminal probe.
Lawyers for Fox News and Newsmax have argued that any criminal prosecution against top Smartmatic executives would significantly harm Smartmatic’s public reputation, making it much harder for the voting company to claim it was solely damaged by the controversial 2020 election coverage.
Currently, the suit between Newsmax and Smartmatic is set to start trial in September in Delaware state court.
