Fresh thread on Election Fraud and Legal action

In at least two cases, there were Youtube many hour long videos of State legislative investigative teams questioning the Dominion voting representative under oath. He answered and de bunked every single claim about the machines that was asked of him. That thread was here and no one, not a single person said shit about it.

The problem here is the people asking the questions have no idea what they are doing. If there was any politician up there worth their salt they would have given their time to an actual expert to question them. If dominion had any inkling that this was a real hearing and they might have gotten in trouble their R&D guys would have been there answering questions not the CEO.

They actually had any faith in their product they would go to DEFCON in vegas and supply their machines to the show and have technicians there to work with the hackers and then get free security testing. Instead they aggressively wanted no part in the event so DEFCON bought voting machines ON EBAY. see what happened

But honestly the biggest security flaw that we have in the voting process is people. There were so many shady things shown on camera and the MSM and washington just ignores it.

and just for some perspective on voting machine security from previous years.

got access to LIVE voting data

I dont think you understand what happened.…….

No, you don’t understand what happened. In 2016, Trump got about 8% of black vote everywhere. In 2020 he got about 14% everywhere except those six cities. In those cities, blacks voted for Biden at a higher percentage than Obama. Some of those cities Biden didn’t even campaign in. 40 people showed up at his rally in Philadelphia.

Did either of you watch the videos ? He didn't simply lie through his teeth and if you watched you would know this. I am not wasting time to sirch that thread and find your comments on it. Please feel free to do so. I asked in that thread if anyone watched the hearing. Maybe I missed you both surgically clinicly debunking the debunker :flipoff2:
I don't know if I watched the ones you're referring to, but the ones I remember was some dude speaking tech to non-tech folks and doing a great job of conning them into believing what he was saying.

I've been doing software engineering since 1997 and I can get up in front of other developers that program in the same technology and language and do a code review, showing code on the screen and completely lie about what the code actually does, and they won't catch me (I've done this just to see if anyone in the audience catches the lie, and they didn't). These are not just technical people; these are actual developers, and they still won't catch on.

If technical people who understand both the technology and the programming language being used can be duped, then non-technical people don't stand a chance. Further, I can design a system that does A. And I can design a system that looks exactly like System A but does B instead. Either system can run on the hardware. Then I can put System B in place on one to all of the machines out there. Then, in a room full of people and a separate test machine, I can demonstrate and show the code for System A and tell everyone this is the system running out everywhere. I can even tell my boss and other Sr. Developers that System A is what is installed out there; everyone in the company can believe that System A is running in all of the locations everywhere, but instead one or more are running System B. Unless someone goes through the trouble to audit every single machine out there, nobody can be sure that the machines are indeed running System A instead of System B. And if the only difference between System A and System B are a few lines of code in an obscure location, even an audit may not uncover the fraud. I can even hide the difference in some non-critical file so that even if a checksum or hashing algorithm is used, System A looks exactly like System B. And I can use the "checksum" to "prove" that the correct version of the software is running on all of the machines when indeed it is not.

So, no, some untrustworthy rep from an untrustworthy company isn't going to be able to debunk anything in a court room hearing or congressional hearing, at best he is going to be able to do is deny allegations and provide some technical sounding info and some bogus report that sounds good but is ultimately meaningless.

The Republican Party in Michigan had a full day to question Dominion. A lot of these hacks asking the questions were attorneys. Irritating little pricks like Adam Schiff but on the other side. They had tech with them. They went home with nothing. There was nothing. I wish they had dug some shit out, but they were unable to do so.

We had "black box" programs come up in our engineering for structural bridge design. In our venue, geotechnical calculations, we forbid their use, as there is no way to check the work. I did hand calculations on 28 structures in 12 years, all pencil and paper so it could be looked at and checked. I believe any voting system should have the same fail safe.

Hey !!

Where that Tex97 at ??

One whole day, wow. Did the techs have access to the code? Did the techs have access to a machine running the software?

I've had bugs that have taken me months to track down and we're going with "they had a day to ask questions"? :lmao:

You know how many "bugs" I'd be able to find if the only thing I could do was ask questions to some "rep" for a day? The answer is ZERO, NONE, NADA, ZILCH, ZIP.

One whole day, wow. Did the techs have access to the code? Did the techs have access to a machine running the software?
Even that wouldn't do any good as the software could have been changed in the 2-3 months it took congress to put together that dog and pony show.

let's not forget the log file, from the machine that was subpoenaed, that had been purged by 50k unauthorized login attempts after election day.

this is why i have rule about books..

non-fiction, reference, history - PAPER ONLY
fiction - whatever
Way to easy to make a 10 second change in one location and impact the "book" in millions of locations... almost like the original never existed.

Remember how fast Ellen Page's name was stricken from the internet after she decided to be Elliot? Poof...

I hadn't actually thought about that. Good rule.

Watch the revision number or abridged versions....

Glenn beck has been purchasing 1st versions of historical books....it was amazing seeing the maxims of George Washington go from total guess here but, like 150 pages to the abridged version from a professor to like 50,pages...and the amount of original ideas and statements that are taken out:mad3:

You appear dumb enough to let the accused party investigate itself with no oversight. And then believe blindly what they said because that’s what they said. Thats some mother fucking retarded shit right there.

Are you our Ray Epps?

Uh, I can ignore the rest of this garbage as it is without merit or any base really, but I have to respond to this. You seem to fancy yourself some ultra Perry Mason intellect. Bold enough to lash out and call people retarded. No. Whats retarded is that you cant form an argument or make any sense at all really. Try to follow along . . .

You are responding to my post. And you say " the accused party investigate itself" Thats not what happened in my post. As I said, the Republican party had Dominion for a whole day. Not the accused party. Day drinking much ? retarded much ? Mirror is pretty bright when you look in there. WTF are you talking about You don't know either. Mother fucking retarded shit is exactly right. Dumb enough ?? :lmao::lmao::lmao:

The thread is back there, the Dominion cross exam is there, thats the video I am talking about. I actually listened to about 90 minutes of it . . . . . .And still no one can address that. Not one of you clowns can analyze what I was referring to. And on and on yuck yuck yuck. Absolutely brilliant and persuasive oratory. Winning over people with pure logic and genuine thoughts and ideas.

Cliff notes so you might understand it. Your comparison of the Repugs having a day with dominion and knowing exactly what to ask and what to look for is like carpenters trying to figure out how spaceX navigates. Its that fucking stupid to think politicians are skilled enough to in coding to even know what to ask let alone see the code.

There is nothing but testimony on both sides with one not allowing the other to look at what they want to when they want to. Seriously its like the cops investigated themselves and found themselves innocent or any wrongdoing. I can’t honestly believe you cant see this.
As has been explained several times in this thread. Stuff like this could and probably would take days to find if a team was on it. Answering questions regardless of how well they were answered or by who does mot replace actual hard code inspection and thats days or more sometimes.

Had an old neighbor that was really good at it. To the point he was headhunted for the talent. Even he would over look something several times before he saw it knowing something was wrong and the regular people couldn’t find it.

No amount of testimony can excuse the lack of a proper independent investigation.

Just go back to day drinking. At least you have an excuse to be this blind. He’s blind drunk. :homer:

Dominion Voting wins key decision in lawsuit against Fox News

You never watched the Dominion video, you didnt watch the one on Pennsylvania either. And you go on and on blindly believing, desperately deluding yourself of some bullshit fantasy. YOU ARE WRONG THERE IS MERIT TO DOMINIONS CASE

A court of law has this to say.
CNN Business —
A judge in Delaware has found that Fox News’ coverage of election fraud after the 2020 election may have been inaccurate, and is allowing a major defamation case against the right-wing TV network to move forward.

Judge Eric Davis of the Delaware Superior Court declined to dismiss Dominion Voting System’s lawsuit against Fox News in a significant ruling Thursday.

The ruling will now allow Dominion to attempt to unearth extensive communications within Fox News as they gather evidence for the case, and the company may be able to interview the network’s top names under oath.

The video on the hearing in Pennsylvania was long and boring. But the state carefully slowly explained and answered every single issue that was brought before them. The protagonists wanted blood but went away completely defused and demoralized because they realized they were wrong. They were tongue lashed by the State rep who said something to the effect 'This is why unqualifed peopole shouldnt make astounding unsubstantiated claims without knowing what they are talking about. This was about the vote count. Not stuffing ballot boxes or illegal votes.

Again, there was not a single comment from this clown gathering, the ones in the last page of this thread. No one said shit.

I answered Texas97 question by saying I do think there was fraud and stand by my assertion that was there isn't any thing that can be proven. Day drinking Retarded.

What a bunch of ass clowns.

Ha Ha Funny

What political affiliation is Judge Eric Davis Delaware?

He worked in that capacity until 1996, at which time he became a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. While in private practice, Davis specialized in corporate governance issues as well as bankruptcy and corporate reorganization matters. He is registered as a Democrat.

:stirthepot::stirthepot:

Who appointed Judge Eric Davis of the Delaware Superior Court?
Gov. Jack Markell
Davis is a judge of the New Castle County Superior Court in Delaware. He was nominated by Gov. Jack Markell in November of 2012 and confirmed by the Legislature the following month. His current term expires in 2024

This directed to ExWrench. My comments are about the actual live coverage of the hearing (s) in two states. recordings of events in time. One pertained to the Dominion hearing, in Michigan, the other to the alleged ballot fraud in Pennsylvania. These are not "videos" the way you misuse the term. Drop, Splash, Roll off the couch. giz. It seems you get a drift, and stupid when you even start to get an emotional little willy. Not Youtube videos. Actual coverage of the event. And you never saw them. So............... you really dont know wtf I was talking about. :shaking: Dont start drinking yet. Not yet. The charge of day drinking goes back to {gary} about 2012. So you have been hanging on his sack all this time ? :lmao:

and another thing . ... DING

It's for you, qAnon wants their tard back :lmao:

Mchat, the flaw in your approach is that it is untouchable, by anyone, and by anything. There is no reality. It's "code" so anything It or you say cant be proved. or disproved. Magic, but it works like science. It is a corrupt form of argument, or discussion. There is nothing to quantify or qualify. Sure, anything is possible. You win, brilliant. You will educate and inform and persuade a new army of minions with that. Seriously, it illustrates that machines are used for convenience and are subject to manipulation. Just like I said at onset regarding Arizona, specifically Maricopa county.

Did you watch the Michigan Dominion coverage because surely this was brought up. Attorneys with nothing better to do than disect to the nth degree. Are you assuming that the best the Republican Party in Michigan is ignorant of the critical issues at hand ? Incapable of finding experts ? Did you watch it or not ? I would like to hear your analyses of the presentation, if it still exists. I had trouble watching because it seemed some of the answers were evasive. I dunno. Anything is better than argumentative speculation.

What started this flare up of irritable little irates . ... .. I said the fraud is unprovable. And there is a volume above proving exactly what I said. :shaking:

WaterH - it would take some time and effort to evaluate specious vote results by ethnicity in select areas, with a control group in another area to validate what you say.

edit: mChat - weak :flipoff2: I swept for black text. Very disappointed.

I guess I should have offered to let you ask me questions about my code for a day before proclaiming that "I am the best programmer in the world because my code is 100% bug free" -- go ahead ask away, I am positive my answers will be more than satisfactory, but you're still not allowed to examine my code or test my program.

I actually worked for a company (A) that purchased another company (B) to get the software that "B" had "developed." It was Property Management Software for hotels; reservations, checking people in and out, accounting, housekeeping, conference room reservation, etc. It was supposed to be everything and anything any hotel would need in order to run their day-to-day business.

Company B allowed Company A to review "samples" of the code (hand-picked by Company B) but would not allow Company A full access to the code until the sale had been completed. Company B also demonstrated the entire application including all of the various modules (reservations, housekeeping, etc.) but would not allow Company A to take the software for a "test drive." Technicians and Programmers from Company A weren't allowed to talk to programmers at Company B. All so that company B could "protect their 'intellectual property'".

Every single technical person at Company A saw all of the red flags, raised up concerns and risks with the purchase of this company. And every single technical person (including the CTO) was overruled by the C level execs that wanted to be "first to market" with this software. In the end the deal cost twice as much as it was originally supposed to because Company B was running out of money and couldn't afford to "finish" the software, so Company A agreed to foot the bills while the deal was pending. Then Company B drug it's feet in doing everything that was required in order to complete the sale.

$40 million dollars later and over a year later (on a deal that was originally supposed to be $25m and take 3 months) Company A owned Company B and all of its assets including the brand-new software, as well as a legacy system and all of the customers on the legacy system (there were no customers on the new software). All of the employees and all of the equipment came with Company B as well. The previous owner of Company B took the money and moved (fled) to Italy.

With the close of the sale came the day of reckoning. The new software was FULL of bugs, had performance issues, and was about 60% vaporware. The demonstrations Company B had done were with "Hollywood pages": screens that looked real and did "things" when you entered data and clicked buttons, but it was all a false front, it didn't actually do anything. For example, the housekeeping screen was "hard-coded" for the demonstration to schedule room 101 for a full clean (done at the end of a guest's stay in order to prep for new guests) and that was it. So only room 101 could ever be scheduled.

Company A had over a year of "asking questions" and bought a pile. Yet, we're to believe that Dominion is on the "up and up" when they are pulling the same shit as Company B in the example above because some lawyers asked them some questions for a day?

It's not that fraud by Dominion can or cannot be proven, it is that they aren't letting anyone truly examine their product. That in and of itself is more than enough evidence based on my experience to say that they are, beyond a shadow of doubt hiding something.

Dominion is hiding something, and the stakes aren't a measly 40 million dollars. The stakes are much, much higher than that.

Just stfu already. Your digging a hole in dumbass territory.

I still think whoever named themselves Dominion knew exactly what their plan was from the get go. Same problems, in the same locations, cycle after cycle. Obstruction of investigations, denial of issues, threats of lawsuits if questioned.

Ask yourself a simple question... why are places not using Dominion machines not having reported problems? Seems to be the common denominator in a lot of very similar equations.

Watch the Bernie Madoff series on Netflix, then ask yourself how competent govt investigators are.

whats sad is, I feel the SEC is probably on the upper end of competent when it comes to govt employees.

So even the professional liar Schiff says Biden might have jeopardized national security. I think they are trying to get rid of him. It's weird when they start telling the truth.

Things are getting interesting :lmao:
