LOL. GMO canola oil is processed exactly like non-GMO canola oil, and not much different than coconut oil. The differences being because coconuts need a slightly different approach to get oil out of them compared to rapeseed (canola is a variety of rapeseed).

And yes, coconut oil does have more saturated fats than canola or pretty much every other seed oil out there. That makes it a bit unique in the plant based oil department and that's why the FDA put out a notice for people watching their saturated fat intake.


But don't let that interrupt your ignorance is strength rally.
