I was selling a truck I had listed for over $60,000. Guy responds with one question “does the truck have a spray-in bedliner?” I replied yes it does. His next response was “cool, as soon as I sell my 2022 Ram 1500 I’ll come check it out”

Was the kid's name Andrew out of Fall City? Mexican kid. He lowballed me on my old civic and he was gonna make it into a "shop car" in the detail business. :laughing:

Sold a gaming console a few years ago. Had some lady message me with a sob story about being a broke single mom asking me to donate it to her fucking son. :shaking:

Shit it might have been, I just remembered this response to a bike I was fire saling to buy another bike that weekend. :laughing:
 
i've hit that stupid auto message by mistake. 99% of the time i send a follow saying "my bad, didn't mean to hit send".

If it weren't for the fact that those brokedicks are everywhere, I'd say it's a you problem. :laughing::flipoff2:

But alas, that's happened too many times to discount that they are indeed just gamey lames.

I sell a ton of stuff on FB. You have to type yes and then just close the window. Just part of the deal. I think its just a way they tag an ad for reference later.
 
Has check engine light for “repair just completed”
Then “coolant leak caused check engine light”

There is zero way to would throw a code for a coolant leak unless it was catastrophic.

I asked for the repair invoice.

She blocked out all the prices and part numbers so you can’t tell if it was an estimate or actual or extended warranty or even real.

:homer: Then she blocked me. Sucks because it was the color combo I wanted. Prob a scam

It's just as easy to save the ad without the canned response

Getting pissed and ignoring "is this available" is just childish. Facebook has it pre-filled, it's 2 clicks and you can inquire about an item. Don't hate the player, hate the game. I do it, if the ad says don't, then I definitely do.

My current annoyance is that people will not reply to my questions. I am wanting to buy something with cash. They read my questions, and no response. Had the ad up for a month. Nothing. Guess they don't want to sell anything.

LOL! I have been offered more stuff when I explicitly state no trades. I guess it is my way to say I am serious and able to do business without baloney. It is what it is. The right deal will happen when it is time.
