Another point if it's been sitting for 4 years. I'd have a grease gun with me. On the outside chance, it has the easy lube axles, so you can pump some grease into the axles before you take off
I tossed a grease gun in with the travel tools moments ago. We still need to get a three-ball hitch. 4Runner came with the tow package, and thus has a 7-pin flat socket already. Assuming that's what's on the Puma.Another point if it's been sitting for 4 years. I'd have a grease gun with me. 3 ball = zero height adjustment, you thinking that's gonna work good?I tossed a grease gun in with the travel tools moments ago. We still need to get a three-ball hitch. 4Runner came with the tow package, and thus has a 7-pin flat socket already. Assuming that's what's on the Puma.
What year is the 4Runner?I tossed a grease gun in with the travel tools moments ago. We still need to get a three-ball hitch. 4Runner came with the tow package, and thus has a 7-pin flat socket already. Assuming that's what's on the Puma.
Might. It's what the current owners are using.3 ball = zero height adjustment, you thinking that's gonna work good?

Have fun.V8, AWD, silver, cloth interior, aftermarket head unit, booster seats for the kiddos, working AC, etc.
Anything I need to provide to assure that I'll be towing this anyway?
Indeed. I looked up the Lipperts and came up with 5x4.5 on those as well. I'd still like to know the exact model. Other than that, fairly good to go. Maybe a quick hop to a wally world or auto parts for a ball and/or harness adapter.Probably 5x4.5 pattern wheels and I'd guess ez lube spindles so the grease gun is a good call.
Might. It's what the current owners are using.
What size wipers it got?V8, AWD, silver, cloth interior, aftermarket head unit, booster seats for the kiddos, working AC, etc.

From what little info I've gotten, it almost sounds like it. I'll figger out the ball sitiation when we get there. Are they pulling it with the same exact vehicle? 🤔
RV hitch is usually mounted fairly high on top of the tongue, the runner is gonna sag which will make for not ideal situationGotta assume its gonna sag the 4 runner quite a bit
Assumption is there. Gonna gauge it when we get there.Gotta assume its gonna sag the 4 runner quite a bit
It's 5k dry weight. Never used or needed WD hitch.you'll be fine with a weight distribution hitch
He went the zero braking axle route.Didn't we go down this road once already, oh, that's right we did with Yota Up.
If only that was the planyou'll be fine with a weight distribution hitch
