In all honesty, after the move over, I realized; I don't find myself in conversations I enjoy with people I respect when I come here anymore. Not worth the time suck with everything I have going. The flaming used to be fun when it was a fraternity environment. Now, it has become some kind of pecking order dance among the annoying.

To the guy who messaged me about this thread and missing me on here, come hang out and see my builds. I always have beer and steak on hand.

As for my projects they're probably no going up on the internet. Maybe I'll make some more videos for YouTube. But that's a time consuming process that I'm just not sure is worth my effort at the moment. The web is becoming a weird place. Not the kind of weird I'm into. I liked the freedom it once offered. I also enjoyed being a part of the web of information. With everything becoming corrupted and ruined, it is disheartening. I'm probably about to move back to a flip phone. This has been a ton of fun. Pirate shaped me and it definitely was my second family for the past two decades. I joined here as a kid still in middle school, so I think you guys misunderstand just how big of an influence the forum has been. It makes me very sad to see what it's become and how the image hosts and VC destroyed it. Can't say enough about the people who were there for me when I needed help. I always tried to return the favor. But like all good things, the cyclical nature of the world has changed the situation. I wish you all the best.

I'm Chris Welch on the face place avatar is my XJ buggy. I probably won't add you unless you explain who you are. I don't post much and when I do, it's not very personal. basically you'll have to know me in the real world.

well, i'm probably in the group of opinionated assholes that are annoying, but I've appreciated your points of view on lots of things. brick phones are great, I hope you continue to be met with success in life :beer:

Count me in the crowd who was enjoying you builds and equipment threads. I was always afraid that the fact that people would just keep kicking you would eventually drive you off. Shit, i would happily trade Eviltwit and Evernoob to the internet ban gods to get you back :flipoff2::flipoff2:

Ever notice who's doing the bitching? Barring a few exceptions on specific issues (panzerfurher was spot on about getting an automatic grease gun IMO) I can't think of anyone who regularly bitches in his threads who's also someone who's actively contributing much. It's only the cranky old men who don't like him.
