Did ya hear? Covid is over!

President Biden said Friday he plans to request additional funding from Congress for the development of a new COVID-19 vaccine, adding he may require everyone to take it, regardless of if they previously received a vaccine or not.

Further down he's quoted as saying recommended, not required.

He added that, "tentatively it is recommended that it will likely be recommended everybody get it no matter whether they’ve gotten it before or not."

No way, No how, not in this lifetime, unless they have me restrained and sedated. Good luck getting me to that point alive.

There's videos of them doing it in Australia. to kids nonetheless. I can't say on the Internet what my reaction would be
 
Soooooooo not to spread any conspiracy theories here but this is the place. Please take this with the biggest grain of salt there is but I want to record it so I don't forget. Someone I know in the philly area was at a meeting last week in philly and the Dem representative that was at the meeting hinted that they need to be ready for mask mandates to come back in mid-late September and to brush off their lockdown protocols that their dept had to use last time. Also that they would be bringing back masks on airlines in sept.

Again recording this more for myself to see how accurate this person is.

Would not surprise me in the least.

The plan worked remarkably well last time. And, given the mindless cognition of the general populace, there is no reason to believe it won't work well again.

The seeds of fear are slowly being sowed in the barren minds of the idiots. And, that is about the only thing capable of growing there anymore.
 
This will be like the war on terror post 9/11. None of this will ever go away and only get more annoying as time goes on. Look how many rights were permanently given up post 9/11, and it will continue with this. 22yrs later and I'm still getting harassed at the airport and they have only added layers protocols on. OH WAIT I can pay the gov a fee (legal bribe) to circumvent those protocols and be able to travel 80% of what I was allowed to pre TSA. Same thing will happen with this. Added bonus I have government agencies spying on me 24/7 with my meta data that I'm not allowed to own or control.

They're going to try to turn "Flu Season" into "COVID Season".

Doesn't matter if there's particularly bad strain or extra contagious strain or what going around, they're going to paint it that people start getting sick in the fall through the winter and we all had better be prepared. They will say everyone should get a shot and wear a mask and social distance during "covid season" as a preventative measure. The outcome won't matter. If it turns out to be a nothing burger it will be because enough people vaxxed and masked and kept their distance. If it somehow turns out bad, it will be because people didn't do enough and next year we need to try harder. It will be an appeal through fear. This approach will work on people who do this.

They're so afraid of germs that common sense goes out the window. (Found at a local pro soccer game, where from some reason lots of people we're rocking :rainbow: shirts and wigs and flags and whatnot).

They're already hitting up my 79 year old mom (80 in jan) to start planning to get the shot because it's going to be so bad.

Could be? Got free tickets, went and had fun. It's the only pro sports team in our little town, so the local breweries and BBQ places all show up and set up food trucks inside the stadium. The stadium happens to be walking distance to our local state university, so you also get a large amount of "woke" people who show up. c'est la vie
