If I had a cnc tube cutter and bender sure. But this is a one and only. I do have ideas of a cnc cut and bent car kit. Think super light unibody similar to an rc pan car.

All the sheet and plate stuff is saved in cad. The tube work was a "looks good here, make strong there" plan.

Moved the upper arm forward, knocked about 2° of caster off. Lets see if steering is lighter. Will take it for a ride tomorrow, weather is supposed to be nice.

Removing some caster angle did help, and low speed steering effort is much reduced. High speed is still pretty heavy so I'm going to adjust toe and see what happens.

Popped a rad hose off and waiting on wife to bring tools and coolant. Hopefully I just missed tightening a clamp. At least I'm broken down at an ice cream stand.

Fixered. Seems to run hot though, I'll have to check and make sure coolant is topped up and do some more investigating. Was running around 235 making it work. Fan is coming on but I don't really know what the airflow is like back there. I can hang some streamers but can't see em when driving so it will be a two person job.

It's pretty good now. Took out 2° caster and adjusted the toe.

Started on the radiator air scoop. It's going to be all bolt together because I can't install it around everything in one piece.

Attached the rpm/mph chart for reference with the current setup. I've just been using the GPS on my phone for speed, but I'd like to calibrate the stock speedometer. A company makes a plug in module, but $100.
