93 d250, 12v injectors pump work and hx35 trubo/go

tapet cover was leaking really bad and I pulled the pump in the process to replace it with a billet replacement. put it back together, and it ran perfectly but still leaked. pulled it again and fixed the leak but now it has a skip on acceleration, blow by, and seems to be geting very little fuel. is the timing off or still air in a line. truck had a hx35, gov , fuel pin and injectors, and valves and head work.- coped that off my fb post. first time back on here in while. what do y'all think is up?
