What's new

Cybertruck: no thread here.

My wife told me she saw one with some logs sticking out of the bed the other day. She doesn't like them.🤷‍♂️They are pretty much dead to me .
We finally have one running around here with some young dude in it. Fucking thing is unbearable to look at. I'd feel so awkward in that thing. No chance I'd be interested.

One running around town with a JGALT plate. Appropriate if charged by solar or wind (an option with local electric suppliers)

Passed another one in the rainbow sheen changing colors paint job ( assuming wrap)
John Galt pays more to the utility for solar subsidies:confused:

Got a fair amount of miles driving the girlfriend's Model 3. Honestly I DGAF about any of the green movement stuff, neither does she. She likes to go fast and she can charge at work, so it's been cheaper for her than a similarly priced gas car. I don't mind driving it, handles good, though my DD is a '09 Mazda so my expectations are low

It is fast as shit and I've caught myself driving way too fast without realizing it.

His an oddity so it's a match.
Excuse me sir, I am the standard of normal to which you do not happen to measure up.

I was more making fun of you for being so focused on appearances that it has become an artificial barrier to what you allow yourself to do.
Don't worry, I'm sure your HOA doesn't allow "pickup trucks" to be parked overnight, so you've got other excuses you can fall back on too.

I know. That's why you got my response the way it was worded. You see. It's because you make assumptions about me when you have no fucking clue what you're talking about.
Another fine example is your retarded comment about an HOA. Not even sure how figured that nonsense

As far as "measuring up" swing your dick somewhere else. You once again have the wrong impression. Me no care about your status. :flipoff2:

I keep seeing semi loads of them going up the freeway, people are buying them still

but I keep saying that they keep making trucks uglier and uglier, maybe Elon skipped a few staps and that is what the future looks like
If I was him, I would build my fancy truck in a square body

There are a bazillion driving around here on the central coast of California. I think I see as many of those as I do raptors on the roads here these days.

Not my thing, but to each their own.

Edit: and about 1 in 3 has some sort of wrap on it.

what about sticking all that fancy computer stuff in a DeLorean ?
that would at least look cool

I've seen two of them in the wild. Not a fan of the styling. They look like kit cars or bad movie prop cars. Suspension seemed pretty bouncy at highway speeds. The bed looks useless.

The one that was wrapped in black vinyl looked better for some reason. Maybe cause you couldnt really see the crappy design details as much...

I've seen those hummers, fawkers are like 9k lbs. They've got like 1000 hp so they still move pretty well, but damn

A pair of cybertrucks just made the trek from Florida to the Arctic Ocean via western Canada, pretty cool feat but man are they still strange looking lol

I've seen a few of the hummer SUVs cruising around here, but this was the first one with a bed I've seen. I think the fastback looking part of the bed is aftermarket on this one?

Starting to see them on the regular.
They're still ugly.
Edit.
The one i saw today on 75 had noticeable waves in all the body panels.

Saw one of these in the wild over at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach(fancy pants part of Monterey county). It looks better than a cyber truck at least?

Looks like a Ridgeline that's been lifting.

The faceted triangles maybe, but the bedline without those still screams unibody. Or 2003 Avalanche.

Been car shopping for Mrs. CarterKraft, theres a used CT at nearly every dealer we've been too.
