unsure. I'm not versed in that era of trucks. The property owner is frequently there, but perpetually angry looking, so I haven't bothered trying to talk with him.
EDIT- based on ye auld Google, yes, it appears to be a KB series International.

I had the whole front nose/ grill off one of those. Sold it at a swap meet. It was missing a couple chrome strips too.

You would be surprised, (or not), how many people out here have big full size trucks and lifted vehicles that have handicapped placards hanging from their mirrors. They are too fat and lazy to park farther away.
