If I where President I would trade her, but since she broke the law 3 months of Russian „minimum security“ prison seems fair enough. Let her contemplate.

Only think I know about things like this is from watching Locked up abroad tv series. Pretty much most all those stories, the people who get themselves in trouble get out early instead of full term. But watching them will clearly tell you to stay out of trouble in other countries, specially ones that don’t like us.

Personally I hope no one trades for this clown and let him learn the hard way how good it really was over here

Only thing we wish for would be you locked up over there with this clown for 9+ years.
 
I have been to shitloads of countries. Never once got hemmed up. There are two strategies to have.

1) Carry bribe money.
2) Don't be fucking stupid.

I've done some pretty stupid shit in other countries. Have only had to resort to using #1 a few times. Shit, in the Philippines, we even took the cops that busted us out for dinner and drinks when their shift ended. :grinpimp:

I remember reading that Jeep guy that did the 40k mile Africa trip. He said never give anyone your original passport or ID, never carry a weapon, politely but firmly refuse to bribe them, always have several copies of your ID.

Was that on this site or the old place? that was a really interesting thread. Dude has a lot bigger balls than I do.

She kneels during the National Anthem, says it shouldn't be played at sporting events, says "Fuck the USA". The only reason anyone cares about her being arrested in Russia for violating their laws is because she is black, and gay. If she was a straight white guy no one would give a shit. So now her and her wife decide that America needs to step up and help her. Bet she doesn't hate America after a taste of Russian prison life.

She is so arrogant that she doesn't even take the time to learn another country's laws before entering with illegal items in her bags. Russia has very harsh drug laws, she should have known that. She pled guilty knowing what the punishment could be.
