I bought a manual proportioning valve to plumb into my rear brake circuit. The valve has 3/8-24 threads but I think it is supposed to take a 3/16 brake line. The rear circuit off the master cyl is 1/4" line.

I have not tried yet, but I doubt the flare on a 1/4" line will seal in a hole for 3/16". Has anyone tried this? I think I need like an adapter fitting of some sort to go from 1/4 to 3/16. Where can I find one?

Most prop valves have over sized ports for the inputs. "Master cylinder fittings" have a varity of over sized nuts to smaller tube bores so double check your input ports. Other wise the above reducer is fine.
