Is that the powdered stuff that looks like laundry powder? They used to have Borax powder at all the Atlanta area Pull A Part Yards. The only thing i ever experienced cleaning faster was gasoline.

makes good brazing flux, too, if you're ever having trouble with your brazing rod just beading up
knock the shitty flux off the rods because it is trash that gets all black and scummy, insulates the rod from the heat of the flame, etc
