You need a WJ 242HD to get the 32 splines. I have that and the Tom Wolds SYE and it all is pretty beefy. 1350 CVs on both outputs.
The input is a one off bastard so be prepared to swap that out.
I believe the FJ Cruiser had a 5 mode manual shift tcase available. I'm not too familiar with them but I remember seeing them roll through the dealership. I'm guessing it shares the same spline count and mounting as all the Taco cases back in the same vintage. If it fits the bill it is manual shift, no electronics, and has a torsen center diff with a true 2wd mode. Best of all worlds.
