Looking for recommendations on who makes a strong stamped housing that will end up as a 609 in an old truck. I have a fabbed housing in it and never liked the look of it. Old currie with a hi9. 38” michelins From a previous Jeep. Driver and off road exploring. No hard core Rock crawling. Probably pass it down to youngster in a few years, and we both agree on wanting a more factory looking axle.
John’s industries has one which lists stamped from 1/4” with 3/8 tubes, but I haven’t heard of them.
