Ok so I was looking into stepvans for a business venture type thing and narrowed it down to a Divco possibly a Ford P500 or an International Metro. Found this mostly complete '59 A 150 with a dana 70 dually and 258 6 cyl. Currently looking for a donor 2500hd to swap a lq4 and a 4l80e from

....set up a C10 trailing arm rear with some airbags and fab up something like the kelderman front kit for a fixed front axle from a Kodiak topkick

Depending on what that 5lug pattern is a straight axle from the GMT400 3500HD's might be good option. The trucks were common but don't seem to hold their value so end up in JY or cheap on marketplace. Also another option is chassis cab versions of the 2nd gen rams had a beam style axle but it didn't have a center drop so not sure how it would fit with your engine placement. The nice part there is it is already setup for 4 link with panhard.

Great info Thanks! Seems like the Dodge might be the way to go. This '94-'01 looks perfect

At least International put a reverse shackle on the beam from the factory but looks pretty rough going. Would like discs up front and power steering. The pattern is 5x8 similar to old motor homes.

There's probably some POS GM from the 80s that uses a 5-spoke dayton hub with a 5 on 8 bolt pattern for the rotor. That should get you an acceptable disc.

Alternatively Isuzu NPR is 5 on 8.75. Egg out the rotors by 3/8 each hole. It'll never matter when it's sandwiched under a dually rim anyway.

Or since it's 5-lug you've got plenty of space to drill it for a second pattern.

It's the same as all the P30s ... lunch trucks, motorhomes...very easy to find that axle.

Found a nice low mi 3500 8.1/allison donor truck wb is pretty close so if it works out might just do a chassis swap
