random food pics

There used to be a Mexican food place in Saratoga, eagle Mt area that had the best Mexican in Utah County. I'll be damned if I can remember the place but it was by a smiths. It was when I was doing the grading for that big complex at camp williams.
CC,

No idea to be honest. I ride through there on my way to Elberta/Eureka, or driving when taking ATV out to West Desert. I take Bangerter and split off on Redwood Rd.

That area has exploded in growth, you would not recognize it. Costco is there now, they keep adding housing/commercial.

I remember the days of going out to Little Moab / Five Mile Pass with not much out there... Was simpler and more enjoyable for sure.

A local Chinese restaurant that was good a couple years ago closed (because they became terrible). A Pho restaurant took its place a couple months ago. We decided to give it a try this evening.

I tried the chicken combo plate. I think this is my first Vietnamese food. It was very good. I can't wait to try the soup :homer:

You went to a Pho restaurant and didn't try the Pho? That's like going to a sushi place and having teriyaki chicken.

That does look good though.

The absolute BEST Pho I had was while still in San Diego.

It was featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.

You know there's like 12 members in NM you could come hang out with for an hour or so right?
I go to (western) New Mexico to get away from people. Mostly around Luna and Reserve. If I have to go anywhere near Albuquerque, then **** that :flipoff2:

I concur!

There's only two of us in Albuquerque, the rest are scattered all over. At least 4 East of Albuquerque in Sceeps area, couple in the Farmington area, one just North of that, couple down South... Since we lost one in Gallop (R.I.P. Joe) I don't think there's any West of Albuquerque.

Far East checking in, on the high plains :smokin:

French toast, eggs with peppers and sausage, avocado, and... Is that cottage cheese?

Alright, let's see what these taco carrots are all about.

Before I got old and my body started objecting too much I ate lots of those. Most Mexican places in the San Diego area had a bowl of those on the table along with the chips & salsa.
