I was just thinking the same thing. Was stationed there from '90 until '95. Did something similar with the Back Country 4x4 club down there; I think heading to Tres Hermanas.Reminds me of Panama
Dunno if this is a win or a fail, thing pulled a wheelie and got airborne at half track...that's insane. +1 for keeping it off the wall, but it hit the ground so hard it's probably all sorts of twisted anyways
During the May 12 protest/riot, Dutch citizens also blocked the fire department from putting out the fire.Loosdrecht, a waterfront village of some 8,600 near Hilversum, has been the centre of several violent anti-refugee demonstrations in recent days. One person, not local, has been jailed for their role in vandalising the building and police say they expect to make more arrests.

Angry Dutchmen set government’s new migrant housing center on fire

The building used to be the town hall of Loosdrecht. Locals have spent weeks telling the government that they do not want it to be converted into a housing center for more illegal aliens.
More from Dutch News on May 8:
During the May 12 protest/riot, Dutch citizens also blocked the fire department from putting out the fire.
According to the European Conservative, the municipality of Wijdemeren announced in April that the central planners had decided to house migrants at the town hall building until November.
(We all know it won't be just until November.)
Riot police have been called numerous times as locals have gathered to protest. In late April, several people were arrested for smashing up the doors of the town hall/migrant building.
This forced the government to scale back the number of migrants to be housed at the center from 110 to 70, but the first batch was still scheduled to arrive mid-May.
No word on whether the fire changes things, but it certainly does make one wonder where we are "in the course of human events."
