So, new construction. You build a stairway to pass inspection and then tear it all out to build that?

Seems reasonable.

Have seen some Very basic stuff slapped up to pass inspection and then pulled, or "finished":laughing: expecially with plumbing and electrical.

My guess is who ever had that staircase built, could afford to do something similar if they needed to
 
I have a friend that was having trouble checking the boxes passing inspection because his wife wanted a wonkey shaped staircase

he was down to putting in a PVC handrailing next before the inspector pulled his head out of his ass and passed it

I have hot glued filler panels on stairs to pass CO inspection, then the homeowner removes them when they move in!

this has always made me wonder WTF

Oregon has their own version of recycling, the kid by the time she was 10 recycled her way to a new to her dirt bike

kid had most the campgrounds holding recyclables for her at one point, including the park staff :laughing:
