Labels Are Important

It was many years ago when I first saw my mentor speak about the importance of labels. What I heard that day altered the way I felt about the words we associate with events (and things) in our lives. You see labels have meanings, meanings invoke emotions, emotions cause a reaction which produces a result. And, there is something about "coronavirus" or "covid-19" that we need to become acutely aware of, which you will understand by the end of this post.

After hearing about the concept, I then witnessed my mentor take an individual up on stage and by changing a label they had placed on a traumatic event in their lives, he helped them change the label, which altered the meaning, changed the emotion, causing a different reaction and result. It was his version of a Neuro-Linguistic Programming technique known as a "reframe" and the transformation of the person he worked with on stage was so noticeable, so powerful that my first thought was that it was a scam, the person was a "plant"; the transformation an act.

Over the years I've used the same technique again and again to help people overcome obstacles, traumatic experiences; I've even used it in business meetings to get people to alter the way they received a new project or idea. With each success, the idea that labels are important became more and more evident.

Labels are important in politics too; there is a reason both sides of the abortion issue are labeled with "pro" labels: Pro-Choice and Pro-Life. Meanwhile ANTIFA labeled themselves with an "Anti" label, why? Who are they trying to recruit into their ranks? Are they recruiting more mature individuals or are they recruiting younger rebellious individuals? The very label they gave themselves make their organizations more attractive to the rebellious youth.

Black Lives Matter chose their label wisely as well, it allows them to easily pressure corporations into supporting them even though it is clear that through their actions and reactions to events in their own neighborhoods, that to them not all black lives really matter: only the ones that they can exploit for their own nefarious purposes. A more accurate label, considering the rhetoric flung from the mouths of their leadership would be "Bitter Lying Marxists" but that's not going to gain them the popularity that they are looking for from their would be "sponsors."

So how does this apply to "coronavirus" or "covid-19"? Here is a list of some viral epidemics over the last century or so:
Year Name Virus
1917Spanish FluH1N1
1957Asian FluH2N2
1968Hong Kong FluH3N2
2009Swine FluH1N1
2020Covid-19Coronavirus

Notice anything about the names (labels) of these virus? That's right, they are all labeled a "flu." Meanwhile the coronavirus "family" of virus was discovered in the 1930's, do you know what label we usually use for "coronavirus"? We usually call it "a cold." Notable exceptions to this is SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) and MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome also known as Camel Flu).

So why did the media and all of the left controlled "public health organizations" such as the CDC and the WHO first use the term "coronavirus" and later "covid-19" to describe this "new" virus? Labels are important, that's why. Could you convince people to stay in their homes for "a cold"? Could you force small businesses to close down for "a cold"? Could you force people to wear masks for "a cold"? Could you shut down churches for "a cold"? Could you shut down schools for "a cold"? Could you shut down the entire world because of "a cold"? Could you call for a "global reset" and "new normal" for "a cold"?

Do you understand now, why labels are important? Patriots need to fight back and stop referring to this virus as "Covid-19" or "Coronavirus"; we should call it what it is: "a cold." However since we don't typically "name" our colds the way we do some of the Flu strains, we should follow the example of MERS (Camel Flu) and call it a Flu: the Wuhan Flu. This label more accurately portrays what it is (a bad cold/flu virus) but nothing worthy of causing a global reset. This label also bypasses the Left's ability to play the racism card the way "the Chinese Flu" would as Wuhan is a place (the place of origin) and not a "race."

Fight back and start using "Wuhan Flu" in all of your Social Media posts, comments and Meme's. Stop allowing the globalists to scare people by labeling it "COVID-19!!!" Remember, when you change the Label, you change the Meaning, which alters the Emotion, changes the Reaction and therefore the Result.

Covid19 -> Wuhan Flu
New and Scary virus -> Yet another Cold/Flu
Fear -> Confidence (we know how to deal with Cold/Flu)
Masks & Shutdowns -> Return to normal life
Global Reset -> No "New World Order" takeover.

You mention Spanish flu, but it came from North America. I like the theory it came from Kansas best.

Fuck yeah, lapels are important!

Check out these monster lapels Roger Moore was rockin' as 007:

Sorry if this interrupted your "positive actualization" or whatever buzzwords a seminar guy taught you :flipoff2:

OP is an idiot. The actual label is SARS-CoV-2. severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2

The disease is called covid19

ICTV announced “severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)” as the name of the new virus on 11 February 2020. This name was chosen because the virus is genetically related to the coronavirus responsible for the SARS outbreak of 2003. While related, the two viruses are different.

WHO announced “COVID-19” as the name of this new disease on 11 February 2020, following guidelines previously developed with the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
