Thats uh... well.. interesting. A little too much for me.
We used to have a tradition of crab shots after pulling out first dungeness crab of the season. Boil the crab, pop the shell with carapace down so you keep all the butter in the shell, add a dash of hot sauce, mix in a shot of bourbon and down the hatch. On its own it is pretty gross, but usually by the time we cleaned up and were boiling crab we were 3 sheets to the wind anyway.
Then for yellowtail, whoever caught the first fish had to cut the heart out and eat it (usually down it with a beer) That one was not as gross but more of an odd texture, and probably got worms from it.
But doin a butt chug from a deer..... ill pass....
