Haven't seen one in this thread yet, saw a 2" receiver tube with a piece of heavy plate welded on top and the vice bolted to that. Most receiver hitches are pretty damn solid, and when not needed it gets stuffed in the toolbox so out of the weather and you can't bust your shin on it...
