Which Smoker?

From what you listed i would go with either the Broil King or the Weber pellet grill. The Broil King has a really nice way of cleaning it, but the Weber is supposed to be a really good replacement for a gas grill, but with some quirks. Weber has fixed their feed problems as long as you get the newer version. If you get the original version I think they will send you the fix for free, you just have to install it.
 
I am the lone ranger here on the WSM. The WSM is dead simple. No whirly gigs to freeze up or anything. Just dump the charcoal in, throw a fire starter in it or light a chimney with 5 briquettes and throw those on. It holds temp very well with minimal fuckery. Let it go overnight, no problem. Burn any charcoal at any time, chunks of wood, chips, stick from the yard, whatever.
