The sheer blast shook my front hand loose a couple of times. I ran two mags through it and I cut up the receiver.

I bought it over 30 years ago. Replaced it for edc with a shield 45 when those came out about 5 years ago. Fun little gun with adrenaline trigger.

OT- how do you like the Shield? I've CCWd a Gen1 G30 for 20 years, and been looking at the Shield 2.0 for it's slim lines.

I’m happy with the shield. I bought the thumb safety model because I’m very used to them with 1911’s so it’s a natural motion for me. Some people don’t like them. Trigger is consistent, fires reliably, puts lead where you point it.

Interchangeable barrels. My 8" will shoot moa at 100 with a 4x scope. 4" is more like minute of barn.
Pistol scopes suck so that's in a drawer. Damn thing may be heavy, but it's fun shooting 357 that barely moves.

Single action and single shot are not the same thing but 4runner used them as if they were interchangeable.

Yeah that's neat. I wonder of it's intended as a trainer hence the "101" as in basic or beginner or if that is just a reference to single action/single shot.

Either way, it's neat and please let me know if you decide to sell it for cheap to fund a heroin habit or something

If the cylinder doesn't turn it isn't revolving is it? Sounds like a single shot pistol to me. Interesting as it may be.

So the cylinder swings out to load, but doesn't turn? That's a pretty neat gun.

I just took it to be odd ball or uncommon. I don't have anything old enough to be "rare" in that sense either.
