What was the website that where a raindrop goes

There was a thread here and I cannot figure out the title. But you could click anywhere and it shows where the raindrop would travel through creeks rivers and to the ocean. Wanted to check out the train spill path of travel

Does anyone else find getting good river maps really annoying? Even google earth sucks at it if you are trying to plan a trip
