What to do in Central Florida?

I recall reading about a mtn bike trail system in that area. Cross-Floriduh Greenway system, I believe. Land bridge where you can cross over the interstate and still be in the trail system. If you get near Lakeland, Kermit Weeks Fantasy of Flight is pretty cool, call ahead and check hours, last time I checked, its not open like a museum any more, 90% of the planes on site are flyable. dude has some cool airplanes. If you have the money to blow, Kissimmee airport has a two seater P51 Mustang that you can get a ride in for a price
