Thinking hornets or wasps but looks like the termite ones I've seen on TV, never seen a termite nest.

Probably worth a cool $50 on eBay if you wait for the cold then cut it down and bake them extra dead :laughing:

I hit it with the pellet gun just now. Not much action. Was thinking going bigger but had some drinks after work and I promised my pops before he croaked I'd never shoot after drinking... I think he knew I'd make a dumb decision.

Anyway, should I blast it for kicks tomorrow? I'll tape it and can definitely get inside before they go nuts. Also have the standard goodies for the kids like Slingshot and blow gun. It's gotta go so I'm open. I have no tanerite

If you've patterned your shotgun then shoot it from whatever range you know will result in the pattern being about the same size as the nest. :laughing:

Was going to say this. People will pay money for them. There’s a cabin my wife and I rent nearly every summer that has a huge one hanging up in the ceiling as a decoration.

I've only shot slugs so far. Have an odd amount of bird guns I've won but haven't gotten into it because I have hobby impulse problems

Possibly but boring

Few more beverages have got me back to my youthful thinking and may do a physics lesson with a potato cannon:smokin:
 
We used to throw any random junk we found at them. Those little assholes come after you just for looking their direction, so they can get fucked. I suggest bashing it in half and then waiting the 2 days for them to completely rebuild it. Pretty amazing to watch just before Raid or shotgun.
