It is all relative, some ppl find the ability to tell someone to turn it on and off to be divine. I am not IT savvy at all, but I know when the IT guys at work are drawing dead. Gives him all day to research how to be an expert on everything. We all have our take on things, but very rarely does one double down on being right on SO many different things, SO often. He may be a genius but I know a bunch of smart people, and none of them claim to be all knowing. But I have been wrong before- you know once or thrice.
