What's new

Welcome back Bob and Doug!

Fuck yeah, that was awesome!!!:smokin::smokin::smokin: What a ride that would be.

Not an elon fanboi but this was awesome for sure. :smokin:

Private company bringing NASA space stuff down, get stuffed Putin!

Wow I think they were wayyyyy too far away from the landing site. If there was a problem they'd be at the bottom of the ocean right now.

They can't fly a drone out there to get a close look? What an oversight.

Couldn't have drones do the sniff test?

Thats what first came to mind for me, didnt watch anyone escape from earth's gravity beyond Neil Armstrong and that gang.

Bob & Doug McKenzie in space yeah.

Havent owned a TV for the last 20 years or so.

Dont really keep up on current events like most.

Look out for those explosive bolts, It was a technical malfunction.

They're talking about their electric airplane the WE-57, but the video and audio is worse than '60s level. :shaking:

It's 2020 dammit they have cameras on me all of the time I WANT HIGH RES VIDEO OF SPACE STUFF this is ridiculous.

I can't believe they didn't get a 4k drone out there to get video of this, what a marketing miss.

Yeah, not one decent camera shot yet....maybe they are canning the good stuff? Can't imagine not making a production of this.

I am sure there was limited coverage today for a reason. Probably not poor marketing at all. So people like me who posted to IG don’t spoil the movies and documentaries in the next few months.

They can see a drop of condensation on another planet but cant get a clear looking shot over the Gulf of Mexico that doesn't look like it was shot in 1940??

Pretty awesome though. I wish that I was younger just for the sole purpose that this could be a common trip one day.

I bet there is high res that ill come out. Today, the reentry, was Elon's biggest fear. It wouldn't surprise me if the public only got low res incase something happened.

But Fuck'n A .... so bad ass.

Yeah, you guys make good points, I bet all of them are the reasons.

I'm sure they had the highest resolution cameras money can buy watching the whole thing. Ultra high speed cameras, the whole gambit of fancy shit. Why wouldn't they.

I would imagine secrets and not wanting to show a possible 5000mph splash down is why they only showed views that looked far away and shitty.

She started breaking up when she was congratulating them and saying we regained the ability to fly humans into space from America, honestly that's touching as fuck, what a good girl.
