First cut on the 5x10 table. Nicest it's ever going to look. Cuts pretty good, this machine hits much faster travel speeds so that's cool. I'll have to play with it more to really dial it in, bit more taper in holes than I like. Lets see if I can get the Lincoln cutting as good as the hypertherm on the little table.

Was supposed to load sheetrock at 5pm. At 4:55 as Im fixing to go into the back of the plant to load, ambulances, fire and police coming rolling in.

A forklift driver somehow hit the dock supervisor with a fork and severed his leg.

There's 4 bays they load trucks in...this happened in bay 3. Anyone wanna guess which bay Im currently getting loaded in? :homer:

My brother had one that came with his used Deere when he bought it. It was a motherfucker to put on and off. When we picked it up, we did all the backhoing we could think needed doing with it, and then took it off to do tractor shit. It stayed off for a long time because we didn't want to fuck with putting it back on. When it finally got to the point where we had a few days work for it, we put it back on, and then spent days tracking down the next weakest link in hydraulic hoses from sitting for so long.

Bottom line, if you buy a tractor that comes with one, sell it immediately and bank that cash to rent a mini-ex when you need it.

Spent last night cleaning the shop so I can start figuring out if I'm gonna use the OEM oil dipstick or the aftermarket one. Heard a car haul on the brakes and the front tires understeer, them heard the rears totally unload begging for some grip, then boom. Yet another drunk or otherwise driver said hello and french kissed our driveway retaining wall. I haven't even fixed the bricks from the last guy that was high on pills. Felt sorry for the guy, gave him an eyeball read and saw most of the burden he has to carry. Kept him calm as I could.

Wife calls 911 and the dispatcher tells the Sargeant on staff whom tells the dispatcher to tell me to calm down and not to chase the guy down (they have notes on me with this).

Police officers arrive, one is a lady. The driver says he hasn't drank and has been driving for an hour.

I looked at the officer while I held my hands on the hood explaining to her in my younger days on conduit ave in queens Mexico that we would touch holds to see if the car came off the trailer or actually drove. She picked on on it and looked at the temp gauge to confirm. Old boy was at the bar. The Hood was only Luke warm.

Guy refuses to blow into the tube. Starts resisting and here my black ass is begging him to relax and go into the cuffs so he doesn't catch another charge.

I spent the next 2 hours with the PD Sargeant, PBO and training officer discussing local PD issues. And I thought the NYPD is bad.

So I know what I will be doing to join the SNLC.

You know you could have just not called the cops, right?

Crashing your shit is enough to set most people straight and catching a DUI won't set the alcoholics straight so calling them generally does nothing.

Shit, even if he didn't crash into people.. I didn't see anything in Angry's post about that dude offering to pay for or fix his retaining wall after he trashed it. Why send him down the street to wreck your neighbor's properties as well?
 
Pretty sure my girl scream scared away a Grizz last night.

Went to head to the truck, thinking of boobies and 8V92 Detroits, half paying attention and about hit a 500+lber with the door as I opened it.

We locked eyes for a second and both did, oh shit!. He took off running and about went headfirst into a trash bin.

Then "fat Pat", one of the truckers saw it. Probably heard of him... 5ft 4, 375lbs, sweats in a resting position, eats a Charleston Chew while on the shitter, 2 dozen donuts as a snack, single handedly put Royal Fork buffet outta business.

I've never seen a fat blob move that fast!

From last fall not far from here. I about hit them in the truck that day.

I have high HP cars, I live in a very heavy performance car neighborhood. So any mutha fucka driving like an ass and wrecking pisses me the fawk off. Speeding and hooning is for the track.

Crashing won't and never will set a mutha fucka str8. The DUI was his choice. Real talk, the dispatcher could hear this shitbag trying to start the car to leave as my wife called. So fuck him and you on that. The only reason he didn't is because the car wouldn't start and I explained to him if he did leave he wouldn't get far with me on the other side of the door.

So to answer the elephant in the room the only thing his ass wanted was to leave. Ninja didn't even offer to clean up.

Calling the police does two things. Makes it easy for an insurance claim, gets a dangerous asshole someplace safe for him. Atop that I don't have to chase him down and beat his ass for being a total shitbag who caused property damage.

While he explained that he would lose his job and his life would be ruined (like that shits gonna work on a black man in 2023) . I took the time to tell him what's best to do before the police arrived. Personally my advice to get a lawyer, sign up for an AA or other help and beg his higher power for help through his struggle shouldn't have been said. I even gave him an open invite to come to my house and talk, whatever instead of the bar. I called my buddie whom is an intake Sargeant at the county jail to check on him and have asked many of the religious brothers at work to pray for him. I could hear my wife praying for him when it happened It's up to him from here out.

Nobody should have to battle demons alone but looking the other way isn't me. Stopping last night from becoming worse for him was my call from above and I know that! My task was to make sure he hears somebody different whom wouldn't take the whoe is me bullshit. I did what was right and just. Sorry that your ignorance and willfully incompetence makes that difficult to learn, retain and practice. Truly sad my friend. But in the end, many disenfranchised humans have to start over. Most of them don't drink and drive then refuse to blow.



Do I wish that he got arrested. Fawk no. I wish he woulda likely sideswiped his car without ramming my bricks like a damn bear power top geeked up on molly and Viagra, yeah. I would gave the ninja a ride home. But he didn't and grown men and women today need to be accountable for their actions.

So go troll someplace else. Think about your wife kids grandkids or significant other. He could a hit them. Or worse but the wife new drop top mustang. She would shot him and would still be beating him with a flogger.
