Let me guess, it cost more than a HF 20-ton or you didn't buy it so you don't care. 
We all know the Chinese build junk and they don't cater to the crowd who wants to jerk off to "muh quality tools" but the junk they build works often enough and long enough that it's worth it for the price. All things being equal I'd rather buy USA but all things aren't equal.
