That's the diagram I was following to begin with. That looks identical to what we have, I just have to trace wires and verify it's correct. Just another project, to take up all of my free time :laughing:
 
Well, voltage chasing has been interesting.

One leg of the transformer has 12v, the other leg has 8v, and it's 26-28v across the two terminals.


But the thermostat was intermittent at passing voltage. You can hear it 'click' as you rotate through the temp settings, and sometimes it would pass voltage, and some times it wouldn't.

Interestingly enough, the "220" that is running the pump actually measured 250, which seems excessively high.

It makes me wonder if the legs aren't balanced across all the panels in the building, or if the pole mounted transformer isn't fucked.

That's normal, terminal to terminal is all the matters.

That's within 5% of 240 so it's still in spec for supply. Annoying though if this thing is rated at 220 because that's a little over, but it's probably fine.

Sounds like it's probably the thermostat.
