Trust issues in CA. Haven't read any of the laws

It's the GFMs asking for 4k that end up at 2M and it works the other way around. Not working for 4 years isn't helping either. Lots of lawyers offer free consultations and some will give a decent idea on what they think is the more likely outcome or at least on what grounds you are standing.

Have you sobered up enough to understand the good advice you've gotten in the thread yet? You should be calling lawyers right now!

A good lawyer can get all this shit to stop and the trust and will applied as it should be. Maybe even get your sister removed as executor and an impartial party appointed if there is funds in the estate to cover it.
A temporary injunction can be done fast and relatively cheap. That puts the brakes on everything until it can be sorted out

I'd be waiting at Rank or Gilmans offices to meet them when they open if I were you. The other estate lawyers offices in your area appear to have burnt up. They're probably still open somewhere though.

If you haven't called every estate lawyer within a two hour drive of your house by 1000 this morning you deserve the change I throw at your camp under the freeway overpass. :flipoff2:

Call a fucking lawyer and sell half of your junk, you'll still have more junk than you'll ever need.

I don't mean that as a dick, I mean that as a guy that has sold half of my junk, and still has too much:laughing:

Free consultation.

Hour consultation.

There's plenty of money sloshing around on Craigslist and fbmp and offer up, take some pictures of your 7th 8th and 9th favorite project truck and sell 2 this weekend

I read it on the old site "don't let the things you own, own you"

Unload all that shit, straighten out your inheritance, buy a Tacoma and a Kickstart Honda dirt bike in case you need it to sleep for emp attacks

Enjoy the rest of your life with less stress

Call a lawyer, get the court to freeze the trust assets and appoint an executor before she blows all the money.

By the way, she can't evict you because you own half of that house.

If there are investments worth 400-600K, and a house in California there must be at least a million in the trust. You say the house is owned by the trust and you are entitled to half of the trust assets. She can't evict you from your own house, your listed on the trust. You own half of it. This is a easy court filing away from you being alright.

When my Brother and I hired a lawyer to settle my Dad's estate, he worked for a percentage of what we got from the estate and we didn't pay him till all was settled. I think it was 15% or something like that.
The more money we got from Dad's estate, the more he got, and we didn't pay till it was settled.
You might look into that route.

Could use some assistance to find an attorney to fight for my inheritance.

Need coin to hire the correct lawyer to remove my sister as trustee.

And fight her for 50% of my dads securities (stocks, bonds, etc)

I had hired an attorney, dropped over 4K on him but he does not care one but that my disabled son, wife and self will be evicted and I'm not as legal minded as I once thought I was.

He also thinks nothing of her getting the 400-600K worth of securities into her control, help me get my percentage and I'll pay back every dime plus.

so you got out of the navy 2018?????

So OP has worked his entire life to not pay taxes, not give into the system, not prepare for his future, but now wants strangers to provide him $150,000 ????

Can you tell us some more about how you electrified the "Trump Sign" to prevent theft?
where was this i am totaly confused

two questions.

How do you know you are going to be evicted?

Do you have any communication with your sister?

Not in this thread, just from his history here and at Pirate.

OP has a habit of lying and posting soveriegn citizen lunacy. Has been using the 2018 fires a an excuse for being out of work for the last 4 years.

Trump sign thing was over on Pirate. Claimed he set up a wired Trump sign in his yard and was shocking people that tried stealing it. Tried to backtrack on it after getting called out for lying.

Reading the tea leaves here.............

Your dad set up a trust while he was living to basically set you up with house and some income.

your dad just died.

Doesnt sound like you were involved at all in his life leading up to his death.

Instead of being upset about his death, youre worried about your income and free house.

Your sister seems to have been the one, at minimum, monitoring your dads end of life care.

Your sister is now the executor of his estate and plans to liquidate it.

Unless there is something in the will that allocates disposal of the assets, your free ride is now gone.

Your lifestyle of not working, not spending time with your dad who was generous enough to set up with a free home and income, is now over.

Sorry, i must be cold hearted bastard, but i dont feel one iota of sorrow for your predicament. Also, this explains why you HAD a lawyer at one time and those proceedings went no where. Because the trust was probably a blind trust that you had no claim to.
this is the cliff notes i was talking about that sums it up nice and easy like

Reading the tea leaves here.............

PAE is a freeloading dirtbag and sister is the good kid of the family who loved their dad

this is the cliff notes i was talking about that sums it up nice and easy like

To play devils advocate, a completely different and slightly opposite scenario could be just as true, especially when family death and inheritance come into play,

- PAE's dad wanted to set him and his dependents up with a secure place to live

- Dirtbag sister weaseled her way into dads good graces, cockblocks PAE from having a relationship with his dad

- Sister gets access to or control of dads finances, hides the will or goes against the trust, counting on PAE not being able to lawyer up and do anything about it.

- PAE while mourning his dad, or heck even if he doesn't care about his dad, is stressing about where he and his dependents will live where they have been, which regardless of merit or entitlement, dad set up for them, and therefore wanted them to have.

she cant kick you out

you can have a lawyer/realestate agent set up a contract to give you 60 days after escrow closes to be out
