The front end reminded me of a Cougar too. Hard to place exactly with the artwork of a brushgaurd on there.

68 Olds Delta 88 is looking good for it. Def the match. 69 has different turn indicators.

No clue. Maybe some kind of prefab structure bent so they could fit it in the truck bed?
IDK. They were cruising down the highway at 70, no cares in the world. There's hog panel looking things on the 'rafters' and the sides look almost like rebar.
