Why not? they are not citizens of France and a country's freedoms, in large part, do not extend to the entire world. If France was to deny some service or right to a citizen based off of their religion that would be terrible. Foreign people do not have a right to citizenship in France, it is a sovereign country and should be able to prevent itself from being erased by ideologies antithetical to it. I really don't understand your argument at all. The good thing is that the ruling coalition in France will continue to allow immigration of muslims and will continue reap the rewards for all of Europe and the world to see.Preventing people from living in your country based on what religion they have also isn't the best way to preserve personal freedoms.
