She was probably okay in that situation because she could lead the dance. She's asking the questions and the first rule of being a trial lawyer is never asking a question that you don't already know the answer to. She just has absolutely no idea to think on her feet and react in my semi-intelligent way to anything she didn't completely see coming.

well yeah at the very end they mention economic policy, which is where statists always flounder
hilariously because the only thing they need to do is "get the fuck out of the way" but they can't do that
 
She is highly educated voted for by other highly educated people. Color me impressed.

I’ve read that that those who have looked cannot find where she actually handled the prosecution of anyone. She had the title, but was mostly a fluffer for real attorneys in the dept.

ETA: *this is strictly a comedic effort. I am of the belief that she has no idea what that means and probably has never smoked a regular Swisher. I do think she has smoked pot. But, it was more as the one trying to fit in and was minor puffs. Maybe Willy talked her into it a time or two.
