What happened with the old guy that cut some teens that jumped him at the edge of a river they were all floating down?

Had a kid a couple weeks ago. 16 years old, newer BMW, drinking at some party, decided he was going to see how fast his new car would go. Missed a corner at (im guessing) around 100mph, clipped a 16" power pole, breaking a 10' section out of the middle of the pole (kinda like the old Wile.E. Coyote cartoons), rolled it multiple times. Climbed out as the car burst into flames. Minor injuries. And luckily hit the pole instead of the oncoming car.

Ya, there's probably a link somewhere that detailed the sequence of events better. :laughing:

Initial officers halted pursuit.

Secondary Ford Explorer w/ 2 cops in it picked the chase up further down the blvd, got broadsided and if the 2nd officer doesn't make it... all 3 involved will be deceased.

I still remember it, dad slapped me so hard i went back in time. Officer has been gone for 30 years. Mom brings it up randomly as you know that one time.:lmao:

With that said, teens are just stupid. They have young brains and have lots of learning to do. I'm a father of 2 teen boys and some of the stupid things they do (nowhere near as bad as the posts in this thread) surprises the shit out of me. It's like they don't think of the outcome of their actions. And it's not just my kids...I see all my friend's kids doing the same thing. They live in the moment.

Thinking back to my youth, I was no angle and I'm sure none of you guys were either.

Drove by the high-school to get to the American legion. Lots of stupid looking kids. Whats up with dudes with curly hair and pinkish shades. At least overalls are making a comeback.
