Well it moves. YaY! that solves the problem it had.
Haven't test drove yet. I need new cotter keys for the tie rod ends and some more stupid plastic push pins. I was changing engine oil and doing other maintenance.
I found it interesting, this thing has been sitting with a dead battery for 4 months. I also swapped the TCM with the trans and still I had to hook up a scanner and clear the old codes.
Codes of course were in the PCM not the TCM.
It took 7 quarts until it started running out the plug that you use to check fluid level. Was kind of shocked by that. The system only holds like 7.5. So that much drained out just by pulling the plug on the pan.
Level is very important with this, over full and it will actually hit the CVT belt. I need to take it off back off the stands, warm it up good and pull the plug to get it to the proper level. But currently left it over full because I wanted to make sure the TC and all the pistons and accumulators were full before I did a final level check.
Then time for a test drive. Hope all is well. But I imagine it will be. Bought a lot of higher end parts from this junk yard before, always had great luck.
Now I just need to find an abandoned baby momma to sell it to.
