Stubs Lasagna

Making some lasagna for tonight and the week.

Real easy..

mix one container of Ricotta cheese, egg, and a spoon full of Basil Pesto spread together

Cook up some noodles

Grease up your pan

Warm up some of your Stubs spaghetti sauce. A full quart just isn’t quite enough so I will add a bit of the cheap sauce to help it along

After the noodles are done start layering

Done with that.

Now cover and cook for 30 minutes around 350 degrees. Then remove cover, cook for additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let set and cool for a final 10 minutes.

Pro tip...,

Spray the bottom of your foil to keep the cheese off and use a bake pan under while cooking, to keep the bottom of the oven clean if a boil over occurs.
