I did find a mt truck at pnp today but didnt have time to grab anything from it. I want to go back asap and grab pedals, zbar and if im lucky the pivot bracket.

Yepn tilt and everything. And its going to stay right there.

Hey Mnumbersletters - You are welcome to my old one as I scored a non-tilt steering column from the burnt parts truck mentioned previously. Toasty but usable.

As you see below everything is gone from the tilt knuckle/elbow upwards (I'm not sure what you need) but the rest seems fine.
