South eastern Utah road and weather conditions

Heading out Wed on a road trip. So far the plan is Beef Basin over Bears Ears to Natural Bridges, Then to Poison Springs well road into Canyonlands then to Goblin Valley. Biggest concern is Beef Basin to Natural Bridges. Any one know how the roads are in Bears Ears? I got chains but being only one vehicle I'd rather not be that ass hole who gets stranded.

Thanks I never knew I could look up the weather in Monticello ..........or Bluff or Blanding or Hanksville and Mexican Hat.

Kinda looking for more of a boots on the ground weather and road report from a local who can tell me if there is snow on the ground.
