2002 Weekend Warrior SLC 3505, 5th wheel toy hauler.
14'8" to first cabinet in the back, 80" between wheel wells, door opening is 7'1" tall. Hauls my pro-mod rock crawler and my XJ cherokee no problem.
Triple 5200lb axles, scale weight 10,200lbs with tanks full and no buggy, means actual 5k payload for toys.

Plenty of scratches and dings, plenty of self leveling compound on the roof, but if you're looking at an ad for an $8,000 35' toy hauler that can fit a real vehicle in, you know it ain't perfect.

Big fridge with freezer, runs on propane or 110v. Stove / oven work great. A/C, heater, water heater, water pump - all there. 100 gallon fresh, 50 gallon black, 50 gallon grey. Onan 4k generator with in-cab start, low hours. Fuel station for toys and running generator.

No rear bed, was removed before I bought it.

All new suspension shackles and equalizers, wheel bearings repacked, new brake backing plates, 7 new tires in December 2020.

Roof weeps in winter, I tarp it and toss a heater inside. Is it a brand new toy hauler than can fit a buggy? No. Is it way better than a tent and can fit a buggy? Yes. Would I tow it to KOH from WA if I were going? yes with No hesitation.

PM for phone number to call or text. Nothing to hide, but it's a $7000 35' long 5th wheel toy hauler with actual buggy capacity, so set expectations appropriately.

Does the rear gate happen to have a hole about 2 1/2” diameter worn into it down to bare wood?

I don’t know. My parents had one identical to this so if that marking was on the righht hand side looking at the back from inside the trailer I might know a previous owner.

What would it take to keep the roof from "weeping". And soft spots in the floors, walls or ceilings?
It's a 2002 trailer, so I don't really know, probably a whole new roof for the long term, but the weep in the sky light doesn't look like it should leak when I'm on the roof. So maybe a tube of dicor self leveling compound, maybe some of that really sticky tape.

No floor or wall soft spots, but ceiling around the sky light is softer. Previous sky light leak mostly leaked into the shower.
