Great hunt this morning.
Lunch a a soul food place, great food.
Back for a nap .
Getting pizza and wings for everyone for dinner.
Early start to go back north tomorrow.

In. Spent the morning making tree cages to protect them from rodents this winter.
Helped the wife transplant some of the yard plants to smaller pots to overwinter in the basement.
Got some more firewood stacked for next year. Just started a fire, and probably making a drink or two for the evening.
 
In. Productively procrastinated this morning.

Baked some bread instead of working on my shitbox.

Cleaned the garage instead of working on my shitbox.

Started some beef stew instead of working on my shitbox.

Decided to clean the kitchen instead of working on my shitbox.

Having a beer and playing video games instead of working on my shitbox.

Maybe I'll work on it tomorrow.

Took the mini ex to the lease place and did 10min of work and staged it for my fil to use next week. Then, went and replaced a bearing he needed done on a tractor tool at his place. Then, to the station to work on housekeeping and truck inventory. Now, nothing.

Fly out in the morning to look at a job and meet with some contacts I know so we can attack this fucker hard and fast when I go back out in a week or 2.
 
In, enfield ct, found a buyer for the excursion 3rd seat that was removed on day one 10 years ago, tried to arrange it being convenient for me to meet up with the buyer an hour south of here, turns out buyer in New Jersey, recipient of seat is in ct.

Says he’s serious about shipping so we’ll see what ups says Monday. Really don’t want to waste a day driving for $100

Had some delicious tacos, why are there only 3 in a meal? :frown:

Allergies and asthma have knocked me on my ass today. Threw up my sublingual vitamin but kept down the chili I had a few hours ago.

Ste and father are off to Walmart for fishing stuff and worms for tomorrows fishing trip.

Chinese takeout for dinner.

Slowly catching up on machining stuff that I've needed to work on for the last few months. The Katana Kart is very slowing moving along. Went to scrubbing the front crossmember on my car with K1. So much gunk on it that I decided that I'll just drop it and pressure wash it.

Clean cat barf out of my shed. Wish those furbags could digest rodents. Got back to the apartment and was informed that our youngest threw up on his blankets again, so I got to clean that one up too :laughing:.

Wife wants to take the kayaks out tomorrow after we tarp up my shed before the rain comes.

Helped my buddy winterize his camping trailer this morning then made the rounds to the gun shops. Need to figure out dinner and then its going to be college football the rest of the evening.

Tomorrow I need to get the junk in the back yard organized and out of the way until the roll-away dumpster gets here next week.
I've got painters starting on the house Monday. They were supposed to start after the dumpster is gone but they said they could start sooner than originally planned and I just want it done.
 
In, shot texture on the hallway ceiling in round two drywall boogaloo after fixing some cracks. I remembered to mark the settings on the gun this time so hopefully my only variable will be the mud thickness.


Glad to be working on the house again and getting it closer to being done, cause living in a construction site kinda blows. :homer:


Going to start thinking about dinner soon.
 
In. Moved the old arch out of the sugarhouse with associated parts and got loaded up to send out.
Hopefully have this knuckle boom in my possession this week to help with setting the new arch next weekend.

Finished up the rub rails, extra stake pockets and light mounts on the trailer. Been too much 'other life' in the way.

Had a good friend from the EBR/NVB/EBML/Broncofix/PBB crowd and his wife stop by for a couple of days... was Great seeing them after so long.

Packing up to head to Orlando tomorrow...

Was coming out of the doc's office on Tuesday afternoon when I got a call from a vendor I worked with when I was at my last job. They invited me to an executive conference in Orlando Sunday Night thru Tuesday night... I feel pretty honored they invited me even though I am not currently a customer. This is paid, on propery at Disney with as much to drink as you can handle from Sunday at 6 to Tuesday at Midnight, and food to go with it....

Anyway, while working on the trailer I ground off a chunk of skin from one of my fingers so sitting here whining about it while drinking Daiquiris..

Miss Ransil in his chair... hope he makes it back soon.

Epanada lady changed her hours from 10 in the morning till noon, so of course I was there 10:10, had to think yes it is Saturday, checked text 12:00. Came home watched some youtube went back we all laughed at my goof. Came home had a couple of meatball empanadas for lunch. Spent the rest of the day watching more videos. Right now trying to decide whats for dinner, it's a pain living in a town with no fast food, and one resteraunt that's cllosed on the weekends, another that closes at 2, the third is open but sadly their service is lacking.
Good thing Sis made me some chicken enchaladas, kind of wanting a burger or something but nothing is thawed out, plus I'm not sure how much propane is left in the tank always a pain to get filled on the weekend, so I'll save it for heating

We had planned on going to Pho for lunch, but that didn’t happen. We’re going to try later this week.

I did some little things that needed attention. The dryer got a new start switch. Deck planters were cleaned out. Meat repackaged. I started polishing the edges of a geode I cut open last week.

Dinner is flank steak and peppers. I think a movie later.
